In Person Donations:

In the event of approval, the designated drop-off point is situated at 450 E. Water Street in West Bend WI. Drop-off hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. If these hours are inconvenient, please inform us so that we can make alternative arrangements.

Furniture Donation:

Our storage space is limited, we ask that you email photos of the items you'd like to donate to events@familypromise.org. This allows us to determine whether we are able to accept the donation based on our current needs and available space.

Toy Donation:

At the moment, we are exclusively accepting brand new toys. These items are utilized for birthday and Christmas presents.

School & Office Supplies:

Only new, unused items will be accepted.

Cleaning Supplies:

Only new, unused items will be accepted.

Clothing Donation:

We are currently accepting new and unused clothing, socks, underwear, and other undergarments only. If you have gently used clothing to donate, we recommend Circle of Friends or St. Vincent de Paul, where our clients can shop for needed items at no cost.

Hygiene Donation:

Only new, unused items will be accepted. At this time no travel sized hygiene products.

Bedding Donation:

In our emergency shelter, we mainly use Twin & Twin XL. Other size bedding is accepted just not used as often. Only new, unused items will be accepted.
