Does your organIZATION take clothing items?

At the moment, we are only able to accept brand new clothing that aligns with the current season, as well as new socks, underwear, and undergarments. Please note that due to limited space, we might not always be able to take your donations. However, you can also consider donating to Circle of Friends, Bobs Under the Bridge, and St. Vincent De Paul.

Does your organzation take furntiure donations?

Absolutely! However, we need to assess your items to determine if they meet our requirements and their condition. Please send a photo of the items to events@familypromisewc.org, and someone will respond to you promptly. Additionally, please note that we do not offer pickup for furniture donations; they must be delivered to our location.

Does your orgANIZATION accept hygiene, cleaning, toys and school supplies?

Yes. We accept donations of hygiene items, cleaning supplies, toys, and school supplies. Please ensure all donated items are new and unused.

Does your organization need bedding?

Occasionally, there may be a necessity for these items. Should the need arise, they will be included in our monthly needs list, which will be shared on our social media platforms. Our shelter requires Twin and Twin XL sizes, and all items must be either new or gently used.

How do I donate items in person?

The drop-off location is 450 E. Water Street in West Bend, WI. You can drop off items between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, every day of the week. If these times don’t work for you, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to find a different solution.
