The Annual Golf Outing has been a cherished tradition for Family Promise of Washington County for the past sixteen years. This event offers an accessible chance for community members to enjoy a day of golfing, dining, engaging in entertaining games, and participating in our auction, all while supporting Family Promise of Washington County. All proceeds from the outing will directly benefit our emergency shelter and the various services we offer. This year's event is scheduled for Saturday, May 10th, at the West Bend Lakes Golf Club, regardless of weather conditions.

Please kindly complete our registration form and submit it together with your financial contribution to Family Promise of Washington County by April 15th. You may either send it by mail to 450 E Water Street, West Bend, WI 53095, or email it to Events@familypromisewc.org.

We also have a new option this year to fill out our Zeffy form and make payment on there and also mail that registration form into us too if you can.
